Senior Payroll Assistant

Our client is a dynamic business based in the heard of Norwich city centre, as a result of growth and employee development, they are looking to recruit a payroll specialist to join their experienced team.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join an established team, undertaking a number of duties within the payroll team including maintaining accurate payroll information, the running and management of small payrolls whilst assisting with more complex payrolls.

You will be responsible for
 

  • Preparation of payrolls of various sizes from start to finish.
  • Dealing with contract changes, starters and leavers.
  • Pension submission to various pension companies
  • Speaking and dealing with client queries via email and phone

Your Experience:

The successful candidate will have previous experience using relevant payroll systems alongside;
 

  • High levels of accuracy
  • Work and adapt within a team environment
  • Able to work with different payroll software’s
  • Bureau experience is desirable but not essential
