Purchase Ledger Assistant
Rackheath – Office Based
£25,000 – £27,000

Keeler Recruitment are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Assistant to join this established business, reporting directly to the Finance Director.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
 

  • Process monthly invoices
  • Validating invoices and delivery notes
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding any queries
  • Ensuring ledgers are up to date and statement reconciliation
  • Knowledge of Sage or similar accounting package

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar position within accounts, along with attention to detail and committed to working to deadlines.

This is a full time, office-based position with onsite parking available, due to the office location own vehicle is essential.
