As the Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will be supporting financial operations, management reporting, and budget oversight while collaborating with key stakeholders to drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing accurate management accounts and financial reports.
- Support budget planning and financial forecasting with departmental stakeholders.
- Ensure financial records, reconciliations, and controls are maintained.
- Provide financial insights and guidance to support decision-making.
- Assist with audits, statutory reporting, and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and financial efficiency.
- Deliver finance training to non-financial staff as required.
Requirements:
- AAT Level 3 or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Experience using financial systems and strong Excel skills
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively to various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
