Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Norwich
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Excellent Benefits

We’re working with a respected, long-established regional group that’s looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join its close-knit finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a multi-entity portfolio, producing accurate and timely management accounts while supporting operational teams across multiple sites.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in providing financial insight, ensuring compliance, and helping shape strategy through analysis and collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Producing monthly management accounts for multiple locations and business units
- Delivering financial and analytical insight to operational managers
- Assisting in the development and delivery of business strategy
- Reviewing accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting forecasting, performance reviews, and operational analysis
- Maintaining accurate documentation and statutory records
- Collaborating closely with other accountants and operational leads
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (AAT, CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Experience as a Management Accountant—ideally within a multi-site environment
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive, “can-do” approach
- Full driving licence (some site travel required)
