Keeler Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly respected FMCG manufacturer based in East Suffolk to recruit a Finance Director. This long-established business operates across multiple production facilities and supplies a broad range of products to major retailers and foodservice customers throughout the UK.
This is a key leadership position responsible for providing robust financial control, insightful analysis, and strategic support across all areas of site operations. Reporting to the Site Director, you will play a central role in driving financial performance, maintaining strong governance, and supporting commercial and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of site financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery

Develop and maintain effective financial controls and performance analysis frameworks

Partner with operational teams to monitor and improve productivity, yield, and cost efficiency

Manage site budgets, forecasts, and cashflow, aligning with group FP&A requirements

Oversee capital expenditure proposals and conduct post-implementation reviews

Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance

Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements
Key Requirements:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

Significant senior finance experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced production environment

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

Commercially focused with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel
