We’re working with a fast-growing retail organisation that’s looking for a talented Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a key role at the heart of a business that’s scaling fast, giving you the chance to make a real impact on commercial performance, financial planning, and strategic growth.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to provide insight that drives smarter decision-making, helping optimise trading performance, build robust budgets and forecasts, and evaluate exciting new opportunities. If you’re commercially curious, data-savvy, and enjoy connecting finance with strategy, this is the perfect opportunity to step up and shape what comes next.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partnering with commercial and trading teams to provide analysis, insight, and actionable recommendations
  • Building and refining financial models, budgets, and forecasts
  • Using Power BI and other tools to drive automation, streamline reporting, and improve visibility
  • Supporting strategic projects from M&A opportunities to new market launches
  • Collaborating with teams across finance, operations, and leadership to deliver key business objectives
  • Presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders, including the CFO and Board

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a knack for simplifying complexity
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred), Power BI, Python, or SQL is a plus
  • Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Experience in retail, consumer goods, or supply chain environments is highly desirable
  • A proactive self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively across departments
