We’re working with a fast-growing retail organisation that’s looking for a talented Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a key role at the heart of a business that’s scaling fast, giving you the chance to make a real impact on commercial performance, financial planning, and strategic growth.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to provide insight that drives smarter decision-making, helping optimise trading performance, build robust budgets and forecasts, and evaluate exciting new opportunities. If you’re commercially curious, data-savvy, and enjoy connecting finance with strategy, this is the perfect opportunity to step up and shape what comes next.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with commercial and trading teams to provide analysis, insight, and actionable recommendations
- Building and refining financial models, budgets, and forecasts
- Using Power BI and other tools to drive automation, streamline reporting, and improve visibility
- Supporting strategic projects from M&A opportunities to new market launches
- Collaborating with teams across finance, operations, and leadership to deliver key business objectives
- Presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders, including the CFO and Board
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a knack for simplifying complexity
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred), Power BI, Python, or SQL is a plus
- Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, or supply chain environments is highly desirable
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively across departments
