Finance Manager
£40,000 – £45,000 | Full-time | South Norfolk (office-based)
I’m currently working with a growing and forward-thinking accountancy services business that provides outsourced finance support to clients across the UK.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied and hands-on role. You’ll be supporting a portfolio of clients, producing accurate financial information, and providing valuable insight to help shape business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs
- Month-end close, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews
- Producing cashflow forecasts, budgets, and project costings
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial analysis and advice
- Overseeing day-to-day client finance activity, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Supporting and developing junior team members
- Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships
- Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and reporting
About You:
- Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, MAAT, or qualified by experience
- Strong background in management accounts and financial reporting
- Confident with Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple client deadlines
- A people person, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
