Keeler Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in the Diss area as they look to appoint an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team. The Role
Working as part of a friendly and collaborative finance department, you will take ownership of the purchase ledger function, ensuring supplier transactions are processed accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing high volumes of invoices, matching and coding correctly

Reconciling supplier statements and resolving outstanding queries

Preparing and assisting with regular payment runs

Maintaining accurate supplier records and updating details where required

Working closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth purchasing operations

Supporting the Finance team with month-end tasks and contributing to ongoing process improvements
This position is based in Diss and offers hybrid working after an initial settling-in period.
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and confident communicating at all levels. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience within a purchase ledger or accounts payable role

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively

Confidence using accounting software
-
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
