Finance Analyst – West Norwich
£35,000 to £40,000 (Depending on experience) and study support
Keeler Recruitment are delighted to have partnered with a growing and well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Analyst to join an established finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded, part qualified accountant looking for a hands-on analytical role within a supportive and fast paced environment.
You will be working closely with the Finance Director and operational teams, focus on product costing and commercial analysis, providing clear insight into cost drivers, margins, and overall performance.
Key responsibilities will include preparing and analysing product costs, reviewing production variances, maintaining accurate bills of materials, supporting overhead recovery, and improving cost control processes. You will also support stock analysis, budgeting, and profitability reporting, working closely with production, planning, and commercial teams.
This role would suit a part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong commercial awareness. Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of product costing and variance analysis. You will be highly analytical, confident working with data, and advanced in Excel and financial modelling. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with stakeholders across the business.
