People, Culture & Payroll Lead
North Norfolk | £40,000–£50,000 | Full-time, Permanent

We are working exclusively with a well-established, values-led organisation in North Norfolk to recruit an experienced HR & Payroll professional for a key leadership role.
This is a hands-on position, combining operational HR, employee relations and end-to-end payroll, with the opportunity to take ownership of people processes and support the business through an important period of transition.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practice
  • Managing end-to-end payroll and statutory reporting
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and HR documentation
  • Supporting wellbeing, engagement and performance initiatives

About you:

  • Proven experience in an HR leadership or management role
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and payroll
  • Confident handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Ideally CIPD qualified (Level 5+) and/or CIPP qualified or qualified by experience
  • Sage payroll experience beneficial
  • Full UK driving licence required
