Keeler recruitment were proud to host the Norfolk HR Community at the Royal Norwich for a festive lunch on December 6th, offering an opportunity for peer support and the chance to discuss key HR topics as a collective.
This end of year session featured a presentation on Employee Benefits in the Norfolk Market, delivered by Sophie Chambers.
We were thrilled to have Sophie, a UEA HR student currently on placement at Keeler Recruitment until June 2025. Over the past two months, Sophie has been working on an Employee Benefits Project, engaging with HR professionals to gather insights into their employee benefit packages. The final project resulted in a presentation and final report.
It was fantastic to see so many leading HR professionals come together to discuss this important topic, exchange ideas and share their expertise.
