We are seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage the end-to-end process of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and maintaining credit limits within insured thresholds. This is a key role supporting the business’s cash flow and credit risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts, securing payments on time and in full.
• Monitor credit limits
• Issue invoices weekly, post payments, and raise credit notes.
• Prepare and circulate overdue reports; escalate problem accounts to management.
• Maintain accurate ERP records of communications and actions.
• Attend debtor meetings and support the Credit Manager in cash collection targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in credit control, ideally handling large portfolios.
• Confident using different ERP systems.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and a team player who can work independently.
