Management Accountant – 12 Month FTC
Norwich, hybrid working available
Salary up to £41,000

We are working with a well established organisation to recruit a Management Accountant to join their friendly and supportive finance team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Management Accountant to take on a varied role, supporting multiple stakeholders and contributing to meaningful outcomes within the wider community.
The role:
Reporting into the Head of Accounts, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial information across a portfolio of entities. Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly management accounts
• Providing financial analysis and insight to support decision making
• Supporting stakeholders with financial planning and reporting
• Building strong working relationships across the wider organisation
• Contributing to continuous improvement of systems and processes

The ideal candidate:

• Experience within management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong Excel skills and confidence using finance systems
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support non-finance stakeholders
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
