FP&A Manager
A high impact commercial finance leadership opportunity
Keeler Recruitment has been engaged to support the appointment of an experienced, commercially focused FP&A Manager on behalf of a complex and growing organisation. This is a pivotal strategic role, partnering closely with senior leadership and influencing major operational and investment decisions at group level.
You will lead an established FP&A team, deliver clear and insightful financial analysis, and drive continuous improvement across forecasting, reporting and planning to support the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain a robust planning and analysis capability that provides leadership teams with the insight required to manage, review and develop operations effectively
- Deliver relevant, timely and decision focused financial insight to enable senior management to assess performance against strategic objectives
- Own the tracking and monitoring of financial KPIs, translating performance data into clear narrative and actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain high quality financial models that articulate risks, opportunities and the financial impact of strategic and operational decisions
- Lead, motivate and develop the FP&A team, embedding a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Professional accounting qualification with strong commercial acumen
- Proven experience leading FP&A teams in complex environments
- The credibility and confidence to challenge and influence operational leaders to support effective decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel capability and strong financial systems understanding
- Experience in private equity backed or high growth environments is advantageous
