We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a growing finance team based in Norwich. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong transactional finance experience who is confident managing accounts receivable processes within a fast-paced environment.
Please note: experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the accounts receivable function end-to-end
- Raising and issuing sales invoices
- Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Chasing outstanding debt and reducing aged receivables
- Handling customer queries and resolving discrepancies
- Performing regular bank reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate records within Business Central
- Supporting month-end processes where required
Requirements
- Proven experience within an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control role
- Essential: hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator, able to manage customer relationships effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems
