Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their friendly and busy finance team based in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous finance or purchase ledger experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Managing expenses and supplier payment runs
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Handling invoice and payment queries in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Assisting with month-end finance processes
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous accounts payable or finance administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication skills with a professional manner
- Good Microsoft Excel and general IT skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- AAT qualification or studying towards AAT would be advantageous
