A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a successful and growing business based in King’s Lynn. We are looking for a hardworking, ambitious, and organised individual to become part of a friendly team.
Key Responsibilities

Managing the Purchase Ledger, including coding and posting invoices, statement reconciliations, and payment runs.

Assisting with bank postings and monthly bank reconciliations.

Managing purchase order processing.

Matching purchase invoices and resolving supplier queries.

Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts for the King’s Lynn site.

Monthly sales and balance sheet reconciliations.

Looking after the finance tasks of a new start-up company.

Providing cover for Sales Ledger and Credit Control when required.
About You
The successful candidate will have:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a finance office.

AAT qualified or currently studying the final year of AAT.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
