Job Title: Finance Assistant

Working Hours: 37.5 hours, office-based
About the Role:
Keeler Recruitment are keen to find a Finance Assistant to join our clients team based in Eye. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone just starting in finance or looking to develop their skills further. As a Finance Assistant, you will support Accounts Payable and Credit Control processes, helping maintain smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately invoice customers in a timely manner
- Follow up on overdue payments as required
- Process customer deductions and manage credit notes
- Assist with the purchase ledger function
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance team
- Provide cover for finance team members during holidays and absences
- Support other finance team members with additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- An enthusiastic individual, possibly new to finance, ready to learn and grow
- Studying AAT or similar (study support available)
- Previous experience in finance is a plus, though not essential

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Adaptable, resilient, and flexible under changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eager to expand knowledge and contribute to the team
