Are you a qualified Management Accountant looking for a role with real variety, exposure to multiple entities, and the chance to make an impact? We’re working with a fast-paced, values-led organisation based in Norwich that’s looking for a confident, commercially aware finance professional to join their growing team.
This is more than just a month-end role – you’ll be producing accurate management accounts, analysing performance, supporting budget cycles, and working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive decision-making. If you’re a natural communicator who thrives on data, insight, and accountability – this could be your next big move.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and presenting management accounts across multiple entities
- Supporting budget planning and reforecasting processes
- Carrying out detailed variance analysis and revenue reconciliations
- Delivering accurate balance sheet reconciliations and statutory reporting
- Preparing VAT returns and supporting external reporting obligations
- Leading bi-weekly cash flow forecasting
- Collaborating with Group Finance on systems and reporting developments
- Supporting audit processes and wider business projects
What You’ll Bring:
- A professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with at least 1 year PQE
- Strong technical understanding of financial reporting and forecasting
- Excellent analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong eye for detail
- Confidence to liaise with non-finance teams and present financial insight
