We are seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage the end-to-end process of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and maintaining credit limits within insured thresholds. This is a key role supporting the business’s cash flow and credit risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, securing payments on time and in full.
- Monitor credit limits
- Issue invoices weekly, post payments, and raise credit notes.
- Prepare and circulate overdue reports; escalate problem accounts to management.
- Maintain accurate ERP records of communications and actions.
- Attend debtor meetings and support the Credit Manager in cash collection targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in credit control, ideally handling large portfolios.
- Confident using different ERP systems.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and a team player who can work independently.
