Finance Manager – Norwich

I am working exclusively with a fast growing Norwich based business operating nationally within the commercial and industrial sector. Recognised for its impressive growth, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering specialist projects to well known brands, while maintaining a supportive and ambitious culture.
They are now looking to appoint a hands on Finance Manager to oversee day to day finance operations and support commercial decision making.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing invoicing, payments, reconciliations and credit control
- Supporting payroll and maintaining accurate financial records
- Producing monthly reporting including profit and loss, cashflow and variances
- Managing month end and year end processes
- Monitoring cashflow and identifying risks
- Reviewing and improving financial processes
About you
- AAT qualified or equivalent (Study Support offered)
- Strong finance operations and bookkeeping experience
- Confident managing cashflow and financial controls
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
