We’re looking for a Senior Credit Controller to join our clients team on an exclusive basis where quality comes before quantity. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in building strong customer relationships while managing and reducing aged debt effectively.

You’ll be responsible for handling customer payment queries, agreeing sensible repayment plans, and proactively managing overdue accounts, all while delivering a high standard of service.
 

Job Duties:

• Managing customer payment queries via phone and email
• Agreeing realistic repayment plans
• Monitoring and reducing overdue debt
• Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
• Handling escalated or complex cases
• Working to agreed targets with a focus on quality outcomes

Person Specification: 

• Experience in credit control or customer finance environment
• Strong communication skills and confident handling difficult conversations
• Organised, detail-focused and reliable
• Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced role
• A customer-first approach with a calm and professional manner
