Finance Business Partner

We’re supporting a well-established and fast-paced business in their search for an experienced Finance Business Partner, to support its operational finance function. This is a highly visible role, working closely with manufacturing leadership to provide meaningful financial insight, strengthen controls and support operational decision-making.
You will play a key role in the production of management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, while helping drive reporting improvements and financial performance across the manufacturing operation.
This opportunity would suit a commercially minded accountant who enjoys partnering with operational teams and working within a dynamic, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the monthly manufacturing management accounts process
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintaining strong balance sheet controls and reconciliations
- Partnering with operational stakeholders to support business performance
- Developing KPIs and financial reporting tools
- Supporting improvements in reporting, controls and finance processes
- Working closely with data and operational teams to enhance business insight
- Managing and supporting members of the finance team
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
- Strong management accounting and business partnering experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
- Organised, analytical and detail-focused
- Experience within manufacturing or operational environments advantageous
