A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a successful and growing business based in King’s Lynn. We are looking for a hardworking, ambitious, and organised individual to become part of a friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the Purchase Ledger, including coding and posting invoices, statement reconciliations, and payment runs.

  • Assisting with bank postings and monthly bank reconciliations.

  • Managing purchase order processing.

  • Matching purchase invoices and resolving supplier queries.

  • Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts for the King’s Lynn site.

  • Monthly sales and balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Looking after the finance tasks of a new start-up company.

  • Providing cover for Sales Ledger and Credit Control when required.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a finance office.

  • AAT qualified or currently studying the final year of AAT.

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
