We welcomed 25 HR Directors to Royal Norwich for our Keeler Recruitment Christmas HR Insights Lunch, bringing together HR Directors who have taken part in our quarterly sessions over the past year.
Nigel Cushion hosted the event and guided the discussion and activity with his usual clarity and insight. The conversation covered the key themes that have emerged across our lunches throughout 2025, as well as the challenges HR Directors expect to face in 2026.
One of the most rewarding aspects of these events is the peer community that continues to grow. The willingness of those in attendance to share experiences and support each other has created a strong and valuable network.
